People have successfully connect to enterprise networks on Kindle 3 (keyboard) and Kindle 5 (touch), and WPA-EAP support is even built into firmware 5.1.0.

Although amazon says at the link provided above by Talldog that you CANNOT connect to networks that need a certificate, here is a link that shows how you CAN do it:

It is usually not safe to claim that things cannot be done, just because you do not know how to do it yourself (and that goes for amazon too)...
