Yes, that's what I am saying. It's a great relief to know that this behaviour is normal.
I'll wait until it has fully charged the battery - probably another hour - and try again.
It would have been nice to get that message on the setup card - it reads to a newbie that one goes directly from plugging in for the first time and then using.
