Its worth noting that PalmGear is taking the 10% out of the developer's commissions, not out of their own pocket. They just had a similar "Summer Promotion" where 20% was taken out, eaten by the developer.

Nice try PalmGear, this is why developers are jumping ship. You're being replaced.
