In all these cases if you choose the latter option, then the former option is redundant and should not be chosen by the user.
I'm up for feedback from people about this. The options are:
(1) Treat those three pairs of options above as checkboxes that when checked will uncheck their "partner".
(2) If the first option is checked, do nothing. If the second option is checked, uncheck and disable the first option. You must uncheck the second option to enable the first option.
(3) Do nothing. Behind the scenes I will ignore the fact that you chose the first option if the second is checked.

1 and 3 are OK. I don't like 2. But for my vote, I'd go with 1. I prefer the idea of having the correct options checked based on what I've checked.
