I am no expert but there are in my opinion only two places that you could put solar panels. On top and bottom of the bezel's front side, you need the sides to hold on. Or the back side. Now the backside isn't going to be facing the sun a whole lot, and the room on the bezel's front side probably doesn't have enough room.
I would certainly welcome it, in a sense it would become the first real perpetum mobile.
