I'm sure no publishing industry proxy paid a large sum for this, considering how well his prerelease went last time, and how much coverage there was. I don't think we've seen a more covered ebook outside of Pottermore or whatever.

And I'm sure there will be no FUD media coverage of "just how bad piracy is - look at the new Steven King..." stories being sweetened up with nice weasel wording and big numbers, ready for that now obvious leak.
