StarShipSofa is a true magazine format (short works, longer works, poetry, fact, & editorial; most in each episode) podcast targeting SF.
LibriVox has a lot of everything; think Project Gutenberg read aloud. Not podcasts, per se, but simple straight readings of unabridged works.
SFF Audio is a review site that frequently has links to selected SF podcasts and audio dramas in addition to reviewing commercial works. I recommend subscribing to their RSS feed.

Podiobooks is a good source for free audio books in various genres including SF. Most are longer book length works where most podcasts concentrate on short stories and short novellas.
Cory Doctorow's podcasts at
craphound.com often contain his own readings of his works.
