I used to.
But i stumbled upon their "100 all-time best books" list.
The first time I saw it, there where 6 Harry Potter and 2 Dan Brown in the top ten. The second time I checked, 3 HP were repalced by 3 twilights, and last week there were a couple of Hunger Games in the top ten ever list.

My point: GR it's good for knowing where trends are pointing at, but to have some really good suggestion you have to navigate depper and spend a lot of time...
