And if you have another reader that really takes care for the margins, better keep a version with "normal" margins.

At least for me this is no solution, I'll stay with 1.9.16 too until Kobo finally gets this solved (which I doubt they do, it's more than 2 months and such a ridiculous easy thing to fix, and no reaction at all from Kobo. Shame...)
