Wow! I'm really impressed! I submitted a support request at 2pm and they got back with me within a couple of hours!

Problem is fixed and I just got my book!

I also noticed when I bought this book I wasn't charge a 0.25 cent transaction fee like in the past when I bought under $5. If this has been done away with then B.O.B has just moved up on my lists of places to shop for ebooks.

To me good Customer Support is the second most important thing I take into consideration when buying. The Price is first.
