You left out any computing device capable of writing out any form of output file. (That includes, but is not limitied to, computers, printers, digital cameras, recordable media, (ANY recordable media), ect. the means of transfer can be as simple as passing a illegal copy physically under the table at a public or private place...

Basically, rolling back the technological clock to 1959....
