I have a docx file and I tried converting it first to htm (I'm using mac so no 'filter' option with html, only 'save as webpage'), the htm looks perfect with all images. Then I added this htm file to Calibre, then clicked 'convert', when the conversion is completed I clicked 'view', the text is perfect but the images are now all just a frame with a question mark in the centre.

I suspected that's because the images are too many so I tried reducing the file size etc and converted to html and then convert to epub again...now I always got the error message that the file cannot be converted...

Is the image losing problem caused by my using "insert image" in MS word???

Has anyone got similiar problem? thanks!
