Intentional or not, there's an implied statement of "you'd be a fool to buy the Nook if you want backlight [sic], because the Kindle will obviously be better". They don't give any reason to believe that B&N is going to come out with something better this summer, so if the Nook is what you want, why would you be a fool to wait?
