Poor customer service combined with firmware bugs are one of the major reasons I decided against buying a Kobo. My sister-in-law has a Kobo Touch, and as much as she likes her reader, she finds the PC software extremely frustrating, and she's never had a satisfactory interaction with Kobo's technical support services. I can accept the Kobo Touch reader having a few bugs in it's firmware and/or technical limitations preventing the use of SDHC memory cards- no hardware or software is completely bug free. But this seems like just out-and-out laziness combined with bad management. They need to get their technical and sales staff on the same page with a single consistent message. If the Kobo Touch can't use SDHC cards, then they shouldn't be advertising it's ability to use them. And if the Kobo Touch can work with SOME SDHC cards, then they need to release a list of SDHC cards officially compatible with the Kobo Touch.
