have just been given kobo vox for my birthday. I am not good with technical stuff. I am in my 80th year, and love reading. So far I can't buy a book. I keep getting unexpected error. Technical support said to download google chrome. Still no joy. If I shouldn't be asking for this kind of help, please forgive me. James
