I also use MAC address filtering and WPA PSK2. I CAN see on my router all systems that attempt to connect to my Wifi and there's been no unauthorised attempts.
I realise MAC address filtering can be hacked as well, but still I'm reasonably confident I'm ok.

I store all data on a NAS which is also password protected, so I think any potential hackers will probably pick easier targets than my system.
There's still loads of people using WEP out there which is trivially easy to hack.
