Pocketbook lets you organize with multi-level folders AND has a "favorites" section. in "favorites" you can re arrange all of those books in other ways , its basically tagging. it can all be done on device or sitting at the comp with device plugged in. so you can have your regular folder for genre scifi and a favorites folder dubbed fan fic and folder in it dubbed star trek. each way is searchable
