Main memory and card swapped on linux install

I recently installed Linux on one of my machines and transferred the Calibre library onto that machine. When I connect my reader, the devices' main memory and SD card appear swapped in Calibre- the books are all on the SD card, but Calibre shows them as being in the main memory. I'm running Calibre 0.8.51 on Linux Mint 12 (64 bit) and have one of the old Booken Cybook Gen3's (the one with 64 MB main memory). Device debug output is attached below, if needed.

I seem to remember this being a problem that occurs sometime, but a forum search didn't turn anything up. I don't know if this is really a problem- I haven't really tried to send any books to the device. But it's a little bit annoying, and, if possible, I'd like to fix it, so I'd very much appreciate any pointers where to start.
If additional data should be needed just say so, and I'll try to provide it.
