You used the test button in Sharing over the Net? That uses your 'Local Host' (127.0.0.1) address
Your(PC) firewall may be blocking the port 8080.
You need to set it to 'allow' calibre-server.exe on Port 8080 (or whatever port you choose, they all must match).
