I thought it was quite funny. It's obviously not really trying to present a detailed critique. Afterall, it doesn't really try to refute all the positives of ereading - just uses some basic aspects to have some fun.

Books might make a house look interesting, but so do furniture, paintings, sculptures, decorations and photos...and hopefully the people who live there. I wouldn't necessarily want to dispense with my library - but I don't want it to spill over into the rest of my house either. And for those bleak and bare walls, I can come up with other ways of drawing the eyes of my guests.
