Maybe they should fix this issue by connecting automatically when it is plugged in, then present the user with an option to "Disconnect and continue reading" on the KT screen. After all, someone who plugs in the Kobo to add some books may not notice the current message. On the other hand, someone who plugs the Kobo in to charge while reading would immediately notice my suggested message.
