I really have NO idea why anyone would bother making any challenges to Apple product in this field. Unless they are out to prove to their mates that there's something "less" about Apple products.

I note that jbcohen also issued a Challenge to Apple Users some weeks back, and never returned to that thread to make comment or ask more questions... .

I ask you, jbcohen... why? Why do you want to challenge your apple using friends?

On the matter of free books, its completely irrelevant what Apple allows us to buy or get for free, because we also have access to most of whats on kindle and nook as well. In other words, we are NOT in some imaginary "walled garden" where books are concerned.
