AFAIK, Amazon identifies books through the ASIN number. If your book doesn't have one, you're not very likely to get an XRay-File.

However, you can:
- add an ASIN from the Kindle Store using the Java Mobi Metadata Editor (works for the iPhone Kindle app)
- generate your own X-Ray data
