I'd love to see a lighted Kindle Touch, but not if it means the same contrast and sharpness issues that the Nook Glow-Light has. If Amazon can do it without reducing visual clarity I will pre-order.
I sold my Fire because I realized it was sitting on the end table in my living room on the charger and I was never really using it. My iPad gets tablet duty in my life, and while I love my Kindle Touch, it doesn't get as much reading use because I tend to read in bed after the wife has gone to sleep, and every light I have tried for the Kindle bothers her, but the brightness of my iPad doesn't.
A lighted Kindle would save me the weight of the iPad and increase comfort for night-time reading greatly.
