fbone is missing the point. It's not merely a matter of saving time, it's a matter of saving annoyance.

(that's aaide from the time arguments that the 20 second recurs each time you watch the film, and the rip only happens once, and the rip happens when you chose to do it, the message delays happen when you really would prefer to be watching the movie.

And the 20 seconds for the warnings are in ADDITION to whatever other garbage might be foisted on you before the move (see the chart above.)

It is in fact very possible that the one-time expenditure of starting the rip is indeed shorter than the time you're forced to see ads and promos before one single viewing.
