Just got this email.

"We want to extend our apologies for the delayed delivery of your Kobo WiFi device. Unfortunately, due to an error in our system, we are unable to provide you with the black Kobo WiFi device as you requested. We will be sending you a Kobo WiFi device in silver instead. Your new eReader will arrive no later than today, May 11 2012."

Not a big deal for me... but would've been nice to get notified before shipping.
