The pricing algorithms are running amuck for the 2012 paperback edition over at B&N. The cheapest edition is $38, and the most expensive is $173! No ebook over at B&N either. I almost wonder if any of these sellers have a copy, or they plan to buy it at Amazon if anyone is crazy enough to buy from them.
