Amazon will be able to lend the Harry Potter novels to US Prime Members who own a Kindle. That is all. They have not bought thr rights, they have reached an agreement with Pottermore.

Which means, that they are only available to people in the US, who are Prime Members, and who own Kindles. You can borrow one book a month as a Prime Member so it willt ake a minimum of seven months to borrow the entire series.
