Yowsa, level 14, more than a million bucks a turn, 63K blissed out citizens, and my strategy to have about as much military as bliss seems to be working. (Fewer nasty surprises whack-wise when I log in in the morning.) It'll just about be cheaper to add three allies (2M, 4M, 8M) than go for level 15 though.. .*pondering*
