HELP
my enTourage pocket eDGe is stuck/frozen. I was reading a book and when I went to turn the page nothing happened. I flipped it over and found the table side dark and blank, pressed all the buttons nothing. ok shut it off, no change ebook side still shows the page I was on nothing works. Turned it on { the power light shows it to on or off} did this a few times nothing. Next came the paper clip and a reset, reset powered it down, but ebook still shows and when powered it back up nothing but the page I was on with no response from pressing any of the buttons. Pressed and held menu button (along with all the rest), let sit overnight both on and off, plugged it in to it's power source and did every thing again, nothing. even tried to reset the op system, (updated to allmine long ago). Nothing but the page from the book on one side and a blank black screen on the other. This really sucks this is my main note book for school and work. I have every thing backed up, but I love this ebook/tablet set up and hope someone has a idea to fix it. I found a replacement on ebay but would keep my old one. Any idea's.... anyone??
