As for the Dutch, as I understand it, you can buy and add your own dictionary to the Kindle.

there is a kindle van dale, or decent dutch eng dic for Kindle? as far as I know 2 month ago, there wasn't. so if you can find please let me know, because I think that is only sony that has a van dale dictionary.
Also I would say that having a great samsung super amoled 7.7 pt6800 buying another screen as kindle fire, with a lower screen quality and backlighted is not the solution I am looking for. When the weather is good, I would like to read my comics and play chess in the open air, I can do this only with e ink color readers that also do not makes me nervous for the lenght of their battery.
I did not know that the Ectaco jetcolor that should be the only one you mention was not an eink technology, it looks quite sharp anyway in the reviews, also if a little expensive, but i mean people that buy ereader often can buy also a 700 eur phone, so really the cost has a marginal aspect if you can offer such an incredible technology as the eink color at a reasonable price, also if not under the 200 eur.
I am not sure but I bought the sony prs650 at 250 EU or so, and still I retain it was worthing my investment, now I am just deciding for a nook or the new sony as the amazon kindle has not a decent dutch dictionary nor inbuilted neither available.
