Although this is not a 3G tethering request (per se), the problem is that the kindle does not care WHERE its internet connection is coming from, and if your wifi signal drops out it will automatically switch to 3G (if available). Because of the great potential for abuse (even though YOUR suggested usage is within the amazon terms of service), a method to do tethering is hard to NOT abuse, and for that reason alone, it is not allowed to be provided here.
