Color e-ink is going to be a while. The varients that are out now are not suppose to be that great.
6 inches is the norma. Very few e-readers have been well received outside that size by the masses. Yes there are the folks who like the Kindle DXG or the Sony 350 and 650 but they are a minority amoung e-reader lovers.
Most people think that anything over 6 inches is not portable.
Dutch is the real reach. It should be available for folks to chose but I am going to guess that they are more focused on languages spoken by larger groups of individuals.
