RMSDK is C++ based and you'll need to use JNI on Android platforms.

IIRC, if you haven't already, you'll need to talking to either Datalogics or Bluefire to deal with the licensing for RMSDK, and they should be able to help you getting an Android application up and running. I'm not sure about Datalogics but I know that Bluefire will do White label version of the Bluefire Reader if that's interesting to you.
