Not really, The default system for Zip is a un-zip program.
(there may be 1 or more necessary text and image files in that archive)

Sending a Zip file directly to your browser is not going to work well , which leaves out the 'Open With' plugin
Then there is the problem of which file to open first (not all books have an Index.html).

You can set the 'Open With' PI to unZIP and leave you to proceed from there. This leaves the Calibre default in place.
