Well, Coelho now has whatever percentage he gets of the $12.21 CAD I just spent for the lot of these at Kobo, whom I notice have a front-page promo section for his sale books.

I figure that although the mystical New Age mashup of reconstructed ancient paganism and Christianity which was Brida was not really my kind of thing, it was an interesting enough and reasonably well-written (or well-translated) read which I'd gotten as a previous Kobo promo freebie.

So I'm more than willing to spend what would have probably been the original asking price of that 1 single title for a combined 11 other books to help support the author in his endeavour to set legal more-regularly low-priced reasonable quality e-books in multi-store and hopefully multi-region if these sell well enough promo.

And some of these look like they've got more personally interesting settings/plotlines so maybe I'll come across one which I'll enjoy even more.
