I levelled up to twelve and a whack (Rogue agent) would have wiped out my military since it was based on a percentage of bliss. I currently have 3 times more bliss than military. I've gone negative energy and will be surging military for a while. *no* bliss-gifts please, I only pass them on, like the plague they are
