I hope someone can help me because I'm ready to pull my hair out and I'd look funny with no hair!

I've been using a Kindle app on my DroidX for about a year and a half. For Christmas I got a Kindle Fire which I love. I have about 650 books but only about 100 of them are on my Fire. I desperately need a way to search/organize my books. I just dl'ed Calibre and was able to hook my Fire up to my computer and input the books from my Fire to Calibre. Now what about the rest of my books? Is there a way to get them from the "Manage Your Kindle Page" at Amazon into Calibre or should I be using different software? I even tried starting a spreadsheet myself and manually inputting the description of each book but after about 200 that got old!

Any advice you can give would be greatly appreciated. I figure I couldn't possibly be the only person that has had this problem. How do others manage super large libraries?
