I did discover the program does have a limit. I wanted to upload my copies of Harvard Classics to my Kindle library and tried to select all of them at once. Apparently the program can only load about 25 files maximum at a time. Generally I don't think that should be much of a problem myself since most times I don't imagine most of us need to upload a large # of files at one time anyway. I had to break the 50 books into several chunks in order to upload them though. I like having my books accessible via my Kindle Library though since then I don't have to have my USB cable connecting my Kindle 3 to anything in order to load a book to the reader.
