We have discussed this a couple of times before and i think the general consensus was that the price of SD cards are so cheap is to buy several and spread the Load. I have several SD cards and have them compiled by Author...thats my preference and probably have no more than 70 to 120 on any one card....and in a couple of minutes max they are ready to be read. Prior to that I have over 1900 books on a combination Sony stick and a 2 gig SD card and it took a Looooooooooooooooooooog time to compile and be ready to be read.
