I have created an epub with InDesign CS4, by exporting to digital editions. Ihen extracted the file using stuffit so i could work on the html & css. I added a background image to the html & css because exporting to digital editions does not recognize layers. i then re-zipped the file and ran it through Calibre and it came out perfect. The problem is that when I view the file on my iPad2 with iBooks, the background image doesn't show up. Has anyone else run into this problem and is there a way to fix it?
