I don't know, but something is going on at Amazon. I've had a new story/title in "Publishing" status on my dashboard for 4 days now and even though it is available to purchase it is not on my author dashboard/bookshelf nor listed under my Author page. It's happening to many people and they are claiming it is 'normal' but it's never done this before.
I'm thinking the problems may be related.
