I have several Apple mobile devices, but am not particularly enamored of Apple. It's kind of odd, because I (mostly) love the devices, but would probably classify myself as more of a critic than a fan. Except with my money, which is I guess the only thing that really counts.

But the bottom line is that I absolutely HATE iTunes. It is the most obtuse, cumbersome piece of software I've ever used. Is there a reason I can't just drag and drop? I don't buy any content from Apple, and try to reduce my reliance on iTunes as much as I can.
