Indeed, it says april 30, however it wasn't there on may 1.

Supposedly the new firmware is there!

If you want to download it, you will need a download manager with resume capacibilities, like DAP for windows, or DownloadThemAll! for firefox.
Most likely the server is overloaded, and cuts out regularly.
