My longest running issue with them went from 9/19/2010 to 5/27/2011 and included emails not only to Kobo support, but one of their VP's. It did eventually get handled mostly to my satisfaction.

I do not want this to be on my ToDo list everyday for the next 8 months. But I love your tenacity and am feeling encouraged to stick with this issue. Thank you. I never know if I am being over the top with my desire and passion to hold on to what I think is mine.
