Anyone have trouble converting and then opening this title, using calibre:

"Start Screaming Murder," by Talmage Powell.

It converts to epub, but will not open.

HISTORY:

It opens in calibre (v0.8.16).

It will NOT open using Sony Reader (current version.)

It WILL open using nook, but immediately closes.
