apart from that - there are people who joined
ME too and paid well for it.
I'wouldnt like to let 'em down. for every one with less than 20 who joined me and doesn't get rejoined has to get a 21 for his book...
I'm squeezing my population and energygrowth hard now to make this joins possible. luckily upgrading the thorium helps too. so all can profit
