Well life on the farm is kinda laid back
Ain't much an old country boy like me cant hack
Its early to rise, early in the sack
Thank God I'm a country boy

Well a simple kinda life never did me no harm
A raisin me a family and workin on a farm
My days are all filled with an easy country charm
Thank God I'm a country boy

Well I got me a fine wife I got me a fiddle
When the suns comin' up I got cakes on the griddle
Life ain't nothin but a funny funny riddle
Thank God I'm a country boy

Good morning, everyone! Another rainy morning in the Kansai, but I need to go downtown so it's buses and trains today anyway. I'm all out of guitar polish and I feel like treating myself a new, more comfortable gig bag too, so it's not all drudge work. But first breakie... Cylon Uva tea, rice, miso soup, and tsukemono. Then some more tea...

Sorry your son has to put up with it all... I have confidence you'll be able to work it out! Improvise. Adapt. Overcome.
