Unfortunately, your suggestion does not satisfy the requirements of the O.P. (PERMANENT bricking). As I mentioned in an earlier post, because of USB Downloader mode and MfgTool, that would require a hardware solution, for which I recommended using a special tool called a "microwave oven".
