Don't expect much sympathy from this direction. I just paid $130 USD out of my own pocket for a genreful of stuff I'm not sure I'll even like all that much, given that I vastly prefer sleuthy historical mysteries to crime thrillers and find even police procedurals a bit iffy on the enjoy-o-meter.
But our fluctuating petro-dollar is in a good place now above par and I figure it goes toward the good cause of encouraging decent, low-cost reprints of older stuff which will eventually include some old-school sf/fantasy content.
I'd offer to loan all these to you at some point, but apparently Amazon doesn't allow Canadians to do the Kindle lending thing.
ETA: I'll mention since it was asked up thread that all of these are Mobi under 400kb and the mega-filesizes are probably due to Amazon probably counting new release stuff as combo Mobi+KF8+maybe-source-files now.
